1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer different shipping options based on your location:

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.
> Note on Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PrankChef is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier volumes, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier’s website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PrankChef is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees required by your country's regulations).
5. Damages, Title, and Risk of Loss

As outlined in our Terms of Service, title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier.

PrankChef is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
6. Incorrect Address Modifications

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct, current, and complete.
